Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultative Pharmacist 2 to provide clinical consultation and medication management in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical review and consultation on medication requests and prior authorizations
• Evaluate therapy appropriateness and collaborate with providers on prescriptions
• Support complex case reviews and educate internal teams on pharmacy policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing (PharmD or BS Pharmacy)
• 3-5 years of clinical or managed care pharmacy experience
• Strong understanding of formulary management and clinical guidelines
• Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and work independently
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
