Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in consumer litigation and debt collection defense
• Understanding of relevant laws, including FDCPA and FCRA
• Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain compliance with legal standards
