Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Trainer to design and facilitate training for adult learners in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate technical (EPIC) and soft-skill training for adult learners to ensure a world-class patient experience
- Collaborate with Operations and Support departments to develop and deliver recurrent education to Schedulers
- Apply adult learning principles to improve curriculum and develop continuing education programs
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 2+ years of healthcare work experience, including hospital patient accounting and clinical software
- Required Epic training certification
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and healthcare financial software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
