Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Trainer to design and facilitate training for adult learners in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and facilitate technical (EPIC) and soft-skill training for adult learners to ensure a world-class patient experience
  • Collaborate with Operations and Support departments to develop and deliver recurrent education to Schedulers
  • Apply adult learning principles to improve curriculum and develop continuing education programs
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree
  • 2+ years of healthcare work experience, including hospital patient accounting and clinical software
  • Required Epic training certification
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and healthcare financial software
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
