Job Summary

Joining a people-first environment, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Contact Center Trainer will design and facilitate technical and soft-skill training for adult learners, ensuring a world-class patient experience while working remotely during day shifts.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and facilitate training programs for technical (EPIC) and soft skills to enhance the patient experience
  • Ensure talent retention through effective onboarding and training processes
  • Collaborate with Operations and Support departments to provide ongoing education for Schedulers
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree
  • 2+ years of healthcare work experience, including hospital patient accounting and clinical software
  • Required Epic training certification
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and healthcare financial software
