Job Summary

Overseeing the full lifecycle of IT contracts, the full-time Senior Sourcing Officer/Contract Manager will manage drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance while working in a hybrid capacity based in the Middle Tennessee area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle from intake through drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and closeout
• Maintain contract repository records and ensure audit readiness while supporting negotiation of key contract terms
• Coordinate third-party risk activities and ensure compliance with information security and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Tennessee Licensed Contract Manager
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in managing IT contracts and vendor relationships
• Knowledge of compliance regulations such as HIPAA
