Tennessee Licensed Controller

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Tennessee Licensed Controller, the successful candidate will lead all accounting and financial operations in a manufacturing environment, driving financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while partnering with executive leadership to support organizational growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting and financial operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and manage general ledger activity
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives while partnering with operations leadership

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with a strong manufacturing background
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory accounting, and work-in-process accounting
• Experience leading month-end close and financial reporting processes
• ERP experience within a manufacturing environment
