Job Summary

To support a sophisticated boutique firm in Nashville, a part-time remote Tennessee Licensed Corporate Attorney will manage corporate transactions and provide counsel to privately held businesses, handling multiple projects from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on corporate transactions and M&A for privately held businesses
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high standards
• Collaborate with founders and owners, acting as deal counsel throughout the transaction process

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of corporate/transactional law experience, particularly in private placement
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Tennessee
• Broad-based experience counseling privately held businesses
• Outstanding professional references
