Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments and ongoing patient care
Provide counseling to patients using evidenced-based practices
Assist patients in setting realistic goals for addiction recovery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Substance Abuse Treatment
Minimum of 1 year of full-time employment/internship in a human-services setting
Valid license such as LADAC II, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC-MHSP, or LPC-MHSP Temp
Must reside and be licensed in the state of Tennessee
