Job Summary
To enhance the Cerner Patient Accounting Application, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed CPA Analyst will evaluate, build, test, and resolve issues while consulting on service line workflows and maintaining project communication with clients and leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate, build, test, and maintain the Cerner Patient Accounting Application, resolving complex issues across functional lines
- Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to project leadership while coaching on data collection and system design requirements
- Consult with internal teams and business partners to share configuration status, project timelines, and updates, ensuring alignment on requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or 8 years of direct application experience
- 6 years of direct application experience required; 8-10 years preferred
- Strong knowledge of system analysis, configuration management, and application lifecycle support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex application issues and implementing effective solutions
- Working knowledge of reporting tools, data analytics, and integration frameworks
