Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Staff Services Credentialing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and membership organizations
  • Process application packages for provider onboarding and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor and update medical licenses and malpractice insurances for providers
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of Medical Staff Credentialing and Privileging experience
  • General understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Skilled in the application of policies and procedures
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and perform data entry tasks
