Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Clarksville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work remotely with a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Availability to work weekends and holidays after training
• Completion of a six-week paid virtual training cohort is required for continued employment
