Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Chattanooga, TN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide necessary resources and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while using multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Wired, stable internet connection for remote work
• Availability to work weekends and holidays post-training
