Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, intervene in crisis situations, and maintain documentation while working remotely from Tennessee.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess and address emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Tennessee residency required for remote work
