Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers facing emotional and situational challenges, conduct risk assessments, and deliver crisis intervention services in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation while effectively multitasking across multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Tennessee residency required for remote work
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule
• Strong emotional resilience and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment
