Required Qualifications
- 12 months or more of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a virtual environment and navigate multiple systems
- Capability to troubleshoot technical problems and partner with IT when necessary
- Must provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
