Job Summary

Providing high-quality customer service, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Customer Support Representative will respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to Merchant Credit Card processing in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone inquiries, requests, and problems from merchants regarding credit card processing
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with service, authorization, and credit card processing terminals
  • Communicate applicable policies and procedures to merchants and request exceptions as appropriate
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial setting
  • Proficiency in computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective telephone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex problems, including handling difficult customer calls
