Job Summary
Providing high-quality customer service, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Customer Support Representative will respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to Merchant Credit Card processing in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to telephone inquiries, requests, and problems from merchants regarding credit card processing
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with service, authorization, and credit card processing terminals
- Communicate applicable policies and procedures to merchants and request exceptions as appropriate
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial setting
- Proficiency in computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Effective telephone and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve complex problems, including handling difficult customer calls
