Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate settlements with creditors on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts and secure settlements to halt legal action
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies
• Manage client files, gather legal documentation, and achieve monthly KPIs set by management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with professionalism and a collaborative spirit
• Computer competency, including prior experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
