Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Operations to oversee and direct operations management for a dedicated client focused on Occupational Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
• Identify processes to improve health center performance and define innovative performance standards
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring at the site level while managing multiple lines of service and client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Registered Nurse license required
• 7+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others
• Occupational Health experience required
• Experience managing virtual teams and prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
