Job Summary
To oversee and direct operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations will serve as the main client contact, manage health center performance, and lead strategic initiatives while mentoring Health Center Leadership staff.
Key responsibilities
- Serves as the primary client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
- Implements processes to enhance health center performance and defines innovative performance standards aligned with corporate strategies
- Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site-level staff while managing complex client relationships and operational implementations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; RN license required
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment, with strong Occupational Health background and experience managing virtual teams
- Healthcare experience in a medical, pharmacy, or fitness environment preferred, along with prior budget and P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to interact at all organizational levels, with knowledge of Workers' Compensation and clinical standards preferred
