Job Summary
Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive performance improvements, and lead Health Center Leadership staff while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction
- Identify processes to enhance health center performance and define innovative performance standards aligned with corporate strategies
- Provide leadership and mentoring to site-level supervisors and Health Center Leadership staff, managing a portfolio of health centers and clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Occupational Health experience required
- Registered Nurse licensure required
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with management responsibilities
- Experience managing virtual teams and familiarity with healthcare operations preferred
