Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive performance improvements, and lead Health Center Leadership staff while ensuring strategic focus on client satisfaction and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the primary client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction
• Implements performance improvement processes and defines innovative measurement standards to align with corporate strategies
• Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site-level supervisors and manages a portfolio of health centers and clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Registered Nurse licensure required
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, managing others
• Occupational Health experience required
• Experience managing virtual teams and prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
