Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

To oversee and direct operations management of multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and provide leadership to Health Center staff while ensuring strategic integration and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the primary client contact for strategic integration and expansion, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
• Implements performance improvement processes and innovative measurement standards to enhance health center operations
• Provides leadership and mentorship to Health Center staff, managing relationships with clients and overseeing multiple lines of service

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Occupational Health experience and Registered Nurse licensure required
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, with a focus on managing teams
• Experience managing virtual teams and knowledge of healthcare operations preferred
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process management
