Job Summary
Overseeing the operations management of multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and provide leadership to Health Center staff.
Key responsibilities
- Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying healthcare trends
- Implements and drives operational outcomes by improving processes and defining performance standards across health centers
- Leads site-level supervisors and manages relationships with multiple clients while coordinating communication across virtual sites
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Registered Nurse licensure required
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others
- Occupational Health experience required
- Experience managing virtual teams and prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
