Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, enhance health center performance, and provide leadership to Health Center staff while ensuring client satisfaction and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client needs and satisfaction
• Implements performance improvement processes and innovative measurement standards to enhance health center operations
• Leads site-level management, coaching, and mentoring while overseeing up to 15 health centers and managing a portfolio of clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Occupational Health experience and Registered Nurse licensure required
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, managing teams, preferably in healthcare operations
• Experience managing virtual teams and prior budget/P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process management
