Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

To oversee operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and lead site-level staff while ensuring strategic integration and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction
• Implements performance improvement processes and innovative standards across health centers
• Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site-level supervisors and health center staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Registered Nurse licensure required
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, managing others
• Occupational Health experience required
• Experience managing virtual teams in a healthcare setting preferred
