Job Summary
Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and lead Health Center Leadership staff while ensuring client satisfaction and strategic integration.
Key responsibilities
- Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
- Implements processes to enhance health center performance and defines innovative performance standards aligned with corporate strategies
- Provides leadership and mentorship to site-level supervisors and Health Center Leadership staff, managing a portfolio of health centers and clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Occupational Health experience and Registered Nurse licensure required
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
- Experience managing virtual teams and knowledge of healthcare operations preferred
- Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
