Job Summary
Overseeing the operations management of multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive performance improvements, and lead Health Center Leadership staff while ensuring client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction
- Identify and implement processes to enhance health center performance and integrate corporate strategies
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site-level supervisors and Health Center Leadership staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Registered Nurse licensure required
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment, managing others
- Occupational Health experience required
- Experience managing virtual teams and familiarity with medical information management systems preferred
