Job Summary
To oversee operations management across multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Director of Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and provide leadership to Health Center staff.
Key responsibilities
- Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction
- Implements processes to enhance health center performance and defines innovative performance measurement standards
- Leads operational implementations and manages communications across virtual sites and multilayer client relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Registered Nurse licensure required
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others
- Occupational Health experience required
- Experience managing virtual teams and healthcare operations preferred
