Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Claims Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end Long Term Disability claims experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely outcomes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in LTD claims administration, ensuring compliance and effective resolution of complex claims
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and improve LTD processes and system functionalities
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of Long Term Disability claims experience required
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with high integrity and sound judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with an agile mindset
