Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor & Employment Consulting Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal consulting on a range of labor and employment law matters
• Assist clients in developing employment policies, agreements, and handbooks
• Engage in flexible work arrangements, including full-time or part-time schedules

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an employment attorney
• Broad knowledge of employment law areas such as Title VII, ADA, and wage and hour laws
• Preferred experience in a corporate practice group of a large law firm or in-house
• Licensed to practice law with excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Outstanding professional references
