Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Tennessee Licensed Epic Analyst, the position focuses on optimizing workflow processes through the development of applications like Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Remits, while providing leadership on projects and day-to-day support in a remote environment with quarterly on-site requirements.

Key responsibilities:
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders and vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business plans
  • Lead educational activities for business teams regarding IT strategies, services, and change management
  • Oversee requirements for operational requests and develop business cases for programs and projects
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing IT role
  • Experience with structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discussions and document business and technical requirements
  • Certifications in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration preferred
