Tennessee Licensed Epic MyChart Analyst

Job Summary

To support an organization's clinical application systems, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Epic MyChart Analyst will plan, design, implement, and optimize clinical software applications while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Plans, designs, implements, and maintains clinical application software while providing ongoing optimization and support
• Consults with users to clarify program needs, performs workflow assessments, and analyzes internal systems for optimal application utilization
• Delivers post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance throughout all phases of application implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Epic MyChart certification required
• 7+ years of related experience in clinical applications
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare terminology and clinical application workflows
• Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
