Tennessee Licensed Financial Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to build and lead a sophisticated accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Serve as the internal expert on QuickBooks Online, managing AR/AP and payroll allocations
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to support leadership decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or CMA certification preferred
• 7-15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or Assistant Controller roles
• Advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online for multi-entity and project-based environments
• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and financial management principles
• Proven capability to perform complex reconciliations and prepare detailed financial reports
