Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foster Care/Licensing Program Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to Licensing and Training Specialists, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Review licensing status reports, conduct coaching sessions, and support recruitment strategies for foster homes
• Collaborate with program leadership and system partners to ensure continuity of foster family support and address licensing issues

Required Qualifications

• Valid Tennessee Driver's License
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work or a related human services field with relevant experience
• Minimum of three years of work experience in a related field
• Exposure to leadership or management experiences
• Supervisory experience preferred
