Tennessee Licensed GL Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Tennessee Licensed GL Supervisor will hire, supervise, and direct a team of Accountants in preparing and reviewing accurate monthly Financial Statements for Condominium and Homeowners Associations while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and timely completion of contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the accounting team and ensure adherence to departmental quality standards
• Monitor and review financial statements, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are communicated effectively
• Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for team members, addressing internal and external issues as they arise

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• A minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Prior experience in property management, real estate, or residential management is required
• CAM license and CPA certification are a plus
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
