Tennessee Licensed GL Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of Accountants, the full-time Tennessee Licensed GL Supervisor will ensure the preparation and accuracy of monthly Financial Statements for Condominium and Homeowners Associations while working remotely and adhering to statutory requirements and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the team, ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards for financial statements
• Communicate with team and stakeholders to prioritize deadlines and resolve issues affecting financial statement accuracy
• Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for team members while assisting with CPA audits and ad-hoc reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in property management, real estate, or residential management is required
• CAM license and CPA certification are a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
