Job Summary

Tennessee Licensed Health Actuarial Director, responsible for leading financial and actuarial engagements for a portfolio of clients in a full-time role, focusing on employer health and group benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial/actuarial engagements and manage FAA resources for clients
• Review technical accuracy on client projects and develop pricing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
• Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products and services
• Expertise in cost avoidance, risk, and funding strategies
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Relevant financial experience and/or university degree
