Job Summary
Contributing to a variety of health and benefits projects, the full-time salaried Health and Benefits Senior Analyst will manage client deliverables, support project management, and ensure quality standards while working onsite in Nashville, Tennessee.
Key responsibilities
- Materially contribute to the design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, life, disability, and absence management benefits
- Provide superior client service and support, including preparation for client meetings and benefit enrollment assistance
- Analyze vendor products and services, conduct benchmarking studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time and within budget
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
