Job Summary
Contributing to a wide variety of complex projects, the full-time salaried Tennessee Licensed Health Analyst will manage the design and ongoing management of health and benefit programs for large clients, including conducting research, analyzing vendor products, and building client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct benchmarking studies and provide value-added analyses and summaries for health and benefits projects
- Analyze vendor products, services, and contracts while designing and evaluating responses to surveys and RFPs
- Build strong client relationships by effectively responding to inquiries and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience with health and welfare plans, preferably in a benefit consulting or brokerage firm
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally with significant quantitative coursework
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Pursuit of CEBS designation is desired
