Tennessee Licensed Health Director

Job Summary

Leading client engagements in the design and management of health and benefits programs, the full-time salaried Health and Benefits Senior Director will drive strategy, grow client relationships, and participate in new business development in Nashville, Tennessee.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the client service team in designing and delivering project plans while ensuring adherence to objectives, budgets, and timelines
• Proactively advise clients and manage vendor procurement strategies, negotiations, and implementation activities
• Generate revenue by anticipating client needs and crafting solutions for new client pursuits

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing and managing complex health and welfare plans in a consulting or brokerage environment
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships effectively
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• CEBS designation or health and welfare actuarial or underwriting training is desired
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
