Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Remote) with an active health insurance license.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 150-200 outbound calls daily using an automatic dialer
• Achieve a conversion rate of 20-35% on calls
• Work with low-income, elderly, and veteran demographics in a high sales-driven environment

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active resident healthcare license in the state of residence
• 2+ years of Medicare sales experience for Senior Healthcare Rep or 1+ year for BPO Sales Agent
• Experience with outbound calls; some inbound call experience is acceptable
• Comfortable leaving voicemails
• Empathetic and motivated to grow with the company
