Tennessee Licensed Health Manager

Job Summary

Managing a variety of complex health and benefit projects, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Health Manager will oversee the design and management of group medical, dental, and wellbeing benefits while delivering superior client service and project management in Nashville.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and management of group medical, dental, and wellbeing benefits for clients
• Partner with client service teams to ensure effective project management and client satisfaction
• Conduct benefit plan analysis and prepare client deliverables, including meeting facilitation and benchmarking studies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with health and welfare plans, preferably in a consulting or insurance setting
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time and within budget
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Encouragement to pursue CEBS designation or related actuarial/underwriting training
