Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-House Healthcare Counsel to join its legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of commercial and healthcare-related contracts
• Provide guidance on agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, and BAAs, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to deliver practical legal solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in commercial contracting within healthcare or related industries
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-volume agreements
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy regulations
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle and operations is preferred
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
