Job Summary

As a Tennessee Licensed Healthcare Customer Support Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolving client inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience in a high-velocity environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues while tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting
  • Provide feedback on call issues and upsell services when required
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
