Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Loan Specialist to review, qualify, and process loan applications while facilitating loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and sell loan packages to customers, including in-person consultations
• Engage in marketing activities and develop business relationships with potential referral sources
• Provide information to applicants about the loan process and available mortgage options

Required Qualifications

• Active NMLS license
• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of related mortgage lending experience or equivalent education
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to mortgage lending
• Ability to use Loan Origination Software
• Must pass a criminal history background check
