Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Director to manage employee benefits administration on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and process all State of Tennessee employee benefits forms and reporting requirements
  • Ensure timely submission of enrollment changes, eligibility updates, and compliance-related benefits filings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and the State of Tennessee Benefits Administration
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience managing State of Tennessee employee benefits forms and reporting
  • Background in a higher education environment or similar public sector organization preferred
  • Experience with the State of Tennessee Edison human resource system is mandatory
  • Demonstrated success supporting mid to large sized workforces (1,500-2,000+ employees)
  • Strong understanding of benefits compliance and state mandated timelines
