Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tennessee Licensed Immigration Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare labor certification applications and various business immigration filings
- Conduct substantial writing and research for EB-1 petitions and H-1B applications
- Assist attorneys with case strategy, documentation management, and legal research
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program
- 3-5 years of employment-based immigration experience
- Experience with labor certification applications and business immigration filings
- Aptitude for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Authorization to work in the United States
