Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the part-time Tennessee Licensed Inpatient Care Management Nurse will assess and interpret member needs, perform utilization management, and collaborate with healthcare professionals remotely while ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial and concurrent reviews of inpatient cases using evidence-based criteria
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and medical directors to develop and improve care plans
• Facilitate timely care and effective discharge planning while maintaining compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Compact License
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and clinical platforms
• Designated workspace with access to secure high-speed internet
