Tennessee Licensed Inpatient Care Nurse

Job Summary

To support effective patient care, the remote Tennessee Licensed Inpatient Care Management Nurse will assess inpatient cases, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure proper utilization of health services while working part-time with some weekend requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform initial and concurrent reviews of inpatient cases using evidence-based criteria
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and discuss plans-of-care
• Facilitate timely care and effective discharge planning while maintaining compliance with regulations

Required qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Tennessee
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and clinical platforms
• Designated workspace with secure high-speed internet access
• Willingness to work weekends as needed by the business
