Job Summary

Tennessee Licensed Insurance Agent, this full-time remote position involves building relationships with business customers through high-volume inbound calls, assisting with their insurance needs, and educating them about coverage options without cold calling or commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business customers through inbound calls
• Assist customers with their unique insurance needs and educate them on coverage options
• Utilize provided technology and systems to facilitate the sales process

Required Qualifications

• Active Producer's/Sales Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Ability to work evening hours as late as 11 pm ET after training
• Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
• High-speed internet and a wired connection to the provided computer
